Bakgrund och Motiv
I samband med en upphandlad lånefinansiering i syfte att förvärva cirka 11 procent av bolaget Holoride emitterade Terranet i maj 2021 teckningsoptioner av serie TO4 B och TO5 B. Teckningsoptionerna emitterades till cirka 50 procent till långivaren och 50 procent till befintliga aktieägare. Varje teckningsoption ger rätt att teckna en (1) ny aktie i Terranet för en kurs som fastställs till 70 procent av den volymvägda genomsnittskursen i bolagets B-aktie på Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market under mätperioden från och med den 24 februari 2023 till och med den 9 mars 2023, dock inte lägre än kvotvärdet för Bolagets aktie, motsvarande 0,01 SEK, och inte högre än 4,20 SEK per aktie.
Teckningsoptionsprogrammet innefattar 12 321 546 teckningsoptioner av serie TO5 B, motsvarande en emissionsvolym om cirka 5,4 MSEK, och är ett viktigt steg för Terranet att finansiera utvecklingen av BlincVision.
