Yesterday our product marketing team started our cool GRIDD (data on-demand feature for reselling of gigabytes) roadshow in Latin America with a first-stopover in Miami.
The YouGov user group studies on GRIDD conducted in Q3 and Q4 2016 indicated strong pull for the service, particularly in the BRIC markets, in addition to the Silicon Savannahs of West and East Africa. The greater metropolitan areas in Brazil stood out, so did Nigeria, Moscow and Kiev. As part of the same tethering, and cloud independent, multimedia paradigm, we are within shortly launching our HD offline multicasting video streaming Meshmedia connectivity SDK, API and GUI together with India based Object One – which is a leading digital content owner of film and music rights in Andhra Pradesh and Telengama in India. The Meshmedia launch will published as an app on Google Play in the Telugo speaking channels on YouTube. As a warm up to this new feature introduction, we are next week attending the South by Southwest (SXSW) conference in Austin, Texas. Our goal is to promote Meshmedia now on a wide scale versus regional as well as global digital content owners and multimedia distributors (who are all present at SXSW) to rally the on-demand offline video streaming market, especially in South East Asia.
